Our company

Hands-on builders, not middlemen

AIW Construction takes on the projects most contractors shy away from: water treatment plants, boiler houses, dams and industrial concrete work. We run our own teams on site, manage the full scope from earthworks to steel erection, and stand behind every pour.

Scope
Earthworks, concrete, civils and structural steel under one contract.
Crews
Our own teams, formwork and plant — no subcontract chain.
Sectors
Industrial plants, water infrastructure, agriculture, commercial.

What we do

Our services

Six things we take on. Most contracts we run touch three or four of them, which is why we keep the crews and the plant in-house rather than passing work down a chain.

Industrial & commercial buildings

Factories, warehouses, boiler houses and plant buildings for demanding industrial environments.

Water infrastructure

Water treatment plants, dams and reservoirs, from civil works through to the mechanical structures.

Structural concrete

Reinforced foundations, slabs, bases and structural concrete. Formwork, rebar and finishing done right.

Civils & earthworks

Bulk earthworks, site preparation, terracing and storm water systems that keep sites stable and dry.

Structural steel

Structural steel erection for sheds, plants and industrial frameworks. Engineered, anchored, aligned.

Building & renovations

We also undertake residential renovations and general building work alongside our commercial focus.

How we work

How a job runs with us

Four steps, in this order, on every contract we take — from a farm dam to a boiler house inside a live plant.

  1. 01

    We walk the site

Before anything is priced we come out, take levels, look at access and services, and agree exactly what is in and what is out.

  2. 02

    A programme you can read

You get a scope and a dated programme, not a single lump-sum figure. Every item is something you can check off on site.

  3. 03

    Our own crews build it

Teams, formwork and plant are ours. There is no subcontract chain to point at when a date slips, and one number to call.

  4. 04

    Handed over, not abandoned

We close out the snag list, hand over the records, and stand behind every pour and every weld after you have signed.
